1.Provide EA support to the ED, including diary management, travel, meeting control, logging contact information on the CM journal and expenses.
2.Ensuring a proactive and first class service is provided to the ED, including operational planning and delivery and tracking/capturing priorities.
3.Prepare and collate information and documentation required by the ED in advance of her meetings to ensure she is prepared in plenty of time.
4.Work with the team on organisation initiatives and events.
5.Provide basic support to ensure the effective running of the quarterly advisor meeting, Investment Committee meeting, including logistics & smooth running.
6. Provide HR function and administrative work on company’s daily account management, including all company accounts. Communicate with company’s CFO, external accountant, and company payroll on a monthly basis.
